Our valve portfolio is backed by an established API valve manufacturing platform with extensive experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, LNG and power applications.
HEVC valve solutions are supported by an established valve manufacturing platform with roots in Suzhou Douson Valve, founded in 2007. The manufacturing operation later became part of the Harbin Electric valve group, continuing and expanding its engineering, production and quality capabilities for demanding industrial valve applications.
This manufacturing heritage supports current HEVC capabilities across pipeline, LNG, petrochemical, power and critical-service valve applications.
The manufacturing base maintains major international qualifications, including API 6D, API 600, API 607, API 608, API 6FD and ISO 15848, with proven capabilities in cryogenic service, high-temperature metal-seated valves, hydrogen service and high-pressure applications up to Class 2500.
Applicable standards, testing and documentation requirements are confirmed for the selected valve model, size, pressure class and project specification.
Products have been supplied to international markets including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Brazil. In the United States, the manufacturing platform has a long-standing supply history that includes Cameron International, Forum Energy Technologies, Forum Valve Solutions and Stream-Flo. Broader customer and supplier experience includes Shell, GE, Total and FMC.
