Availability and pressure-temperature ratings depend on size, material and configuration. Confirm the triple-offset geometry and seating arrangement for the selected BTT / TTM model.
Triple-offset butterfly valve selection for refinery process piping starts with the medium, design pressure and temperature, shutoff requirement and operating frequency. Materials and seating are matched to the specified duty.
For petrochemical isolation projects, review chemical compatibility, seat construction and leakage acceptance alongside the piping specification. The quoted configuration determines suitability for the process fluid.
Large-bore isolation for cooling-water and utility piping in oil and gas facilities. Choose flanged or wafer connections and manual, electric or pneumatic actuation to suit the installation.
Selected steam and hot-process isolation duties require review of pressure-temperature limits, thermal cycling and seat materials. Service conditions are confirmed before valve selection.
The BTT / TTM platform covers DN80–DN2000 / NPS 3–80 and PN0.6–PN160 / Class 150–900. Select the actual valve rating against the design temperature, material and piping specification; the platform range does not imply every size is offered at every pressure class.
Define fluid composition, operating and design conditions, differential pressure, required shutoff, flow direction and cycle frequency. Confirm triple-offset geometry, seat construction, connection dimensions and actuator sizing for the selected model. Sour-gas or cryogenic suitability requires separate configuration-specific confirmation.
Design references include NB/T 47044 and ASME B16.34 where applicable to the selected model. Project requirements may specify API 609 Category B, ASME B16.5 / B16.47 flange interfaces and ASME B16.10 face-to-face dimensions.
Shell and seat testing may follow API 598 or API 609 as agreed for the order. API 607 fire-safe qualification and GB/T 6899 anti-static requirements apply only when specified and supported for the quoted configuration. Define the required drawings, material records and inspection reports in the purchase specification.
