The quartz tube level gauge is a primary direct-reading instrument that uses quartz tubes as viewing windows to monitor the liquid level of pressure vessels such as industrial boilers, heaters and liquid storage tanks.
Available in single-color and dual-color versions.
Dual-color type: Uses light transmission/reflection principles—red for gas phase, green for liquid phase.
High color contrast enables quick identification: full liquid = green, no liquid = red.
Prevents overflow/dry-running accidents and ensures equipment reliability.
Two structures: with/without blind zone. Blind-zone-free type has equal center distance and visible range for wider viewing.
Adopts 99.99% high-purity quartz tube—superior to ordinary glass tubes in high/low temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and clear display.
Upgraded LED light source: 3-direction red/green filters + adjustable brightness for ultra-clear display and easy observation.
Steam/hot water heating for high-viscosity media (prevents solidification).
Cooling water for low-boiling-point media (stabilizes liquid level). Ensures measurement accuracy.
Built-in safety ball protection on steam/liquid valves: Automatically cuts off the channel under ≥0.2MPa pressure to prevent leakage and accidents.
