The PTB-X type intelligent insertion flowmeter is designed for online installation and online removal. Its sensor is available in bullet-head type or backrest tube type.
Pressurized tapping can be performed directly during operation without shutdown.
Applicable to all gas and liquid media, except oxygen and oxygen-containing flammable gases.
Working conditions for hot tapping: medium pressure ≤ 1.5 MPa, medium temperature ≤ 100 ℃.
Flanges are welded on the pipeline side wall with valves installed for pressurized hole drilling, ensuring safe, convenient and leak-free installation.
The sensor can be disassembled and cleaned online by opening and closing the valve.
Compatible with computers and DCS systems.
