The PTB-type flow totalizer is an intelligent and programmable instrument. It can receive pulse or analog current signals from flow sensors, and form a high-precision flow measuring system together with pressure and temperature transmitters. Supported by dedicated software, it performs online temperature and pressure compensation calculation for measured media to improve measurement accuracy.
With more than twenty operating modes, the instrument can display cumulative mass flow, standard volume flow or working condition volume flow, as well as medium temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow, density, frequency and other parameters. All programmed parameters and cumulative flow values can be stored long-term without loss after power failure.
It is equipped with anti-theft functions, which automatically record and display the times of parameter modification, cumulative power-off duration and power outage frequency during operation.
It can cooperate with radio stations to build a wireless network for remote telemetry, realizing real-time acquisition of instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature, pressure, power-off time and other data from distributed measuring points. It can also work with modems, and our company provides overall system construction services.
Adopting an original external parameter setting design, it supports hot plugging. It features a friendly human-machine interface and simple operation.
Dual display modes of digital and analog are available to meet diverse user requirements.
To enhance communication reliability, a dual-CPU structure is applied with independent original data buffering technology. A dedicated CPU is responsible for all communication tasks.
