The PTB S Type Intelligent Insertion Flowmeter is a patented utility model designed based on the Pitot tube principle with an S type backrest tube.
It is widely used in metallurgy, power, petroleum, chemical and other industries.
This Pitot bar flowmeter is suitable for measuring media containing impurities, such as primary air and secondary air in power plants, various process gases in the chemical industry, and coal gas in metallurgical plants.
The probe adopts an S type Pitot tube structure with a nearly straight rear section and an internal anti impact plug. Large pressure tapping holes prevent clogging and facilitate cleaning; a dust accumulation tank is equipped for convenient impurity collection and removal.
Each flowmeter is calibrated in a high precision standard wind tunnel.
Installation is completed by opening holes on the pipeline and welding flanges, featuring easy assembly and zero leakage. Integrated or split structure is optional.
Flameproof differential pressure, pressure and temperature transmitters are available for explosion proof applications.
Compatible with computers and DCS systems.
A multi parameter transmitter is adopted to support on site local display.
Measuring Accuracy: up to ±0.2% for liquids and ±1% for gases.
Applicable pipe diameter: up to 9000 mm.
Working Pressure: 0～32 MPa.
Medium Temperature: up to 650 ℃.
