The PTB D type intelligent insertion flowmeter is widely applied in metallurgy, power, petroleum, petrochemical and other industries.
It adapts to a wide range of fluids and is suitable for nearly all clean flowing media, such as steam, common gases, and liquids with viscosity similar to water.
The bullet shaped probe section ensures a stable flow coefficient.
Each flowmeter is calibrated by a high precision standard wind tunnel.
Integrated or split structure is optional. The sensor, primary valve, condenser, three valve manifold, differential pressure transmitter and pressure transmitter can be combined as an integral unit, or the manifold and transmitters can be separated from the sensor. It is installed by welding a flange after drilling a Φ24 hole on the pipeline side wall.
Compatible with computers and DCS systems.
Equipped with a multi parameter transmitter to support on site local display.
Flameproof differential pressure, pressure and temperature transmitters are optional for on site explosion proof requirements.
Applicable pipe diameter: 30 mm to 9000 mm.
Measurement accuracy: up to ±0.2% for liquids, ±0.5% for steam, and ±1% for gases.
Working pressure: 0～32 MPa.
Medium temperature: -100 ℃～650 ℃.
