The glass plate level gauge is an on-site direct-reading instrument for tanks and pressure vessels, widely used in petrochemical, power and pharmaceutical industries. Available in transmission and reflection types with single/dual-color indication, it withstands up to 42MPa and 550℃, blind-spot free, built with safety protection and supports various customized styles.
The glass plate level gauge is a primary on-site direct-reading instrument for intuitively indicating the liquid level of various storage tanks and pressure vessels.
Operators can judge the operating status of equipment through on-site local readings, ensuring safe and stable operation of the unit and reducing unnecessary losses.
It is widely used for liquid level measurement in petrochemical, power, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industrial fields.
The glass plate level gauge consists of gauge body, gland, glass plate, sealing assembly, steam-liquid valve and drain valve.
It is divided into transmission type and reflection type. The transmission type adopts double-sided glass plates, fastened and sealed by bolts via front and rear glands to display liquid level through light transmission principle.
The reflection type uses pressure-resistant U-bolts to connect glands, glass plates, sealing components and the gauge body to form a reliable sealing structure.
Two indication types are optional: single-color and dual-color.
Working Pressure: Up to 42 MPa
Working Temperature: Max. 550 ℃
Observation Feature: Blind-spot free viewing
Built-in safety protection devices are equipped inside steam and liquid valves. In case of accidental leakage, the safety steel ball will automatically seal the passage under internal pressure to enhance operational safety.
Multiple customized types are available for different working conditions, including frost-proof type, jacketed type, herringbone type and wide-bore type.
