The system consists of high-temperature resistant probe, automatic furnace access mechanism, electric control cabinet, hard disk video recorder, industrial control computer, display, air control system, signal cables and control cables
The system realizes real-time display of slag falling state at the boiler throat
The high-temperature probe is a custom periscope system specially designed for slag and coking monitoring. With circumferential rotation function, it can monitor coking conditions at both the boiler throat and slag discharge port above the slag hopper
Video signals are converted into digital images by the image acquisition card and displayed on the LCD monitor
Supports multi-screen display modes including 6-split, 4-split, 2-split, single independent 6-screen display and 6-screen cyclic display
Through upper computer control, the probe’s extension, retraction and rotation can be remotely operated. Operators can control relevant functions by clicking buttons on the operation interface in the central control room
The system displays various alarm signals such as probe in-place status, over temperature and abnormal air pressure. It can identify video signal interruption caused by camera failure and output corresponding alarm
The system collects on-site data including temperature and pressure, and triggers alarms based on preset limits. All data values, signal status and alarm information are real-time overlaid on the monitor screen
The system automatically identifies coking at the boiler throat and outputs alarm prompts for operators. It automatically records 30-minute videos before and after accidents to facilitate accident review and coking cause analysis
User ID and password can be set. System startup and exit are password-protected to prevent unauthorized operation
Multi-level user management is available. Different users are assigned independent passwords and operation permissions. All operation behaviors are recorded for traceability and responsibility confirmation
Alarm records can be queried by time and content; operation records can be searched by time, operator and operation details. Reserved printing interfaces support connection with printers to output accident reports and operation logs for file reference
